Stress Check is the most innovative tool available to manage your emotional and physical stress level.

We use the same proven technology from Instant Heart Rate to detect your pulse and objectively quantify the effects of stress on your body.

FEATURES:
★ Quantify your level of stress using heart data
★ Feel better and live longer with less stress!
★ See how you react to different stressors
★ Athletes: track recovery to increase performance
★ Follow your progress over time!
★ Personalized algorithm tailors to YOUR heart
★ More accurate with every measurement!

Everyone has experienced changes in heart rate before taking an exam, giving a public speech, or when exercising. Not only does your heart rate increase, but the amount of time between consecutive heart beats changes as well. By measuring heart rate variability (HRV) using your iPhones built-in camera, you can estimate your level of stress in just two minutes wherever you are!

Top athletes across the globe are using HRV to track their fatigue and recovery to maximize performance. Whether youre a runner, biker, swimmer, or weightlifter, Stress Check will help you optimize your workouts day after day.

Stress Check utilizes a method of quantitative stress level assessment developed by Biocom Technologies, a well-known developer of various professional health assessment technologies. Our HRV algorithms follow recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (NASPE).

Pros and cons of Stress Check by Azumio - Lite app for iPhone and iPad

Stress Check by Azumio - Lite app good for

Not sure how scientific this is but its a fun thing to play around with.
Only used it a few times but its been pretty good. Dont know how useful it is though. I mean, if you think youre stressed then you probably are. You dont need your iPhone to tell you.
Just saw this on Dr. Oz and decided to try it out! Pretty Cool but my stress is Extremely High!
Pretty accurate with my stress levels. Have tested when Im almost peaked and after Ive calmed myself down a bit. Picks it up very well!
Works great, very accurate with my states... Love the fact I can save online the readings. Waiting for the option to export to csv
Ive been using this for weeks, trying to test it and see if I can lower my numbers. I got it down to 8%, and on a bad day with super high pain, it was at 98%, higher than I would have thought, but not surprising. Combined with heartrate and their fitness test it does seem to make a pretty good portrait of your health. Very intriguing. Needs a better explanation and guidelines for usage. A longer function for biofeedback would be cool too. I use it daily, so 4 seems too low!

Some bad moments

If the app even opens now; every time I try to navigate anywhere on the app it closes out. Getting something new. I wish Argus would fix their apps used to love everyone; now they all see to not work.
This is the worst App. I have ever seen. It is permanently trying to load some updates which are permanently failing. Thus I did not even have a chance to test this " world class Tool". Deleted it and will for sure not come back to it. This is a waste of time.
endless downloads in the background and no respect for your privacy
This App. will only a save the first measurement correctly. Any further you try to store will always have the value of the First. :-(
The app works well and seems to do its job. However the requirement to have an account with the service provider to store measurements is completely unacceptable. iPhone has a large enough memory to store these data locally. We are not talking of some "likes" on Facebook here but we are talking about medical data as important as stress. Unless this gets changed I can not really use this app. Therefore minimal number of stars.
App is stuck trying to look for updates upon boot. Please fix!
